January 4, 2008 - Happy...

January 4, 2008: Okay, how pitiful is it that I only had to work three days this week and couldn't even make it in for all of them? Granted, a freak stomach thing kept me home and I did work from here, but still. I'm feeling pretty lame that I couldn't work three straight days. What will I do for five next week? Ugh! Meanwhile, I should have stayed home today despite losing power in the STORM OF THE CENTURY. Oh sorry. I thought I was The Weather Channel for a minute.

Yes, we did have a rather large storm here today. I lost power for about 3 hours. Several friends lost it for more like 10. Yikes. They tell us this is the first of three such storms. I'm not interested in seeing the other two.

So, an immense state of tiredness has just hit me and I'm going to have to cut this short. I didn't really have as much to say as I thought I guess. More later...
